Most designers are prone to caffeine or similar to start their days, and invariably end up drinking it throughout the day (and night too) to help boost themselves.

In the end though, greasy fried foods or most takeaway paired with soft drink won’t help boost your mood, you will feel sluggish and down. Healthy food on the other hand will help you feel better (and help drop the beer belly a bit quicker).

An upbeat attitude and feeling good will flow on to your work and just being happier makes others around you happier. Happiness is contagious after all.

Instead of getting a lazy burger and fries with a large soft drink, try swapping it for a healthy salad and a water. Your stomach won’t mind the switch!
